Dr. Virk earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University Manhattan, New York. She successfully completed American National Boards Part 1 and Part 2, WREB, NERB and NDEB examinations.

Dr. Virk worked in the United States, where she was able to gain valuable experiences in emergency diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Virk is licensed by the Connecticut State Board in the United States, Royal College of Dental Surgeon of Ontario, and is a member of the American Dental Association, Ontario Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry.
